HOME mini-Fargo-pic3a.jpg (50843 bytes)           Marjorie S. Fargo is a resident of Alexandria, Virginia and has worked full time as jury and trial consultant since 1975. As one of the first jury consultants in this emergent field, Ms. Fargo pioneered the application of focus group methodology to the field of jury research in complex criminal and civil trials. Drawing upon her work in hundreds of criminal and civil trials in jurisdictions throughout the United States, Ms.Fargo advises counsel in white collar criminal and complex civil litigation regarding case strategy, voir dire and jury selection.  

Ms. Fargo has submitted affidavits and testified as an expert on jury procedures to improve jury procedures in state and Federal courts and has been court appointed in both capital and non-capital murder cases.
