         Richard Seltzer is a resident of the District of Columbia. Since 1979, Dr. Seltzer has designed, directed  and analyzed juror opinion polls in a wide range of criminal civil trials in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area and through out the U.S. He has conducted jury composition challenges in both state and Federal jurisdictions. Dr. Seltzer was been a member of the committee for Court Excellence’s evaluation of juror participation in the District of Columbia. He has testified as an expert witness on statistical survey methodologies.
